ThemalefiK is an extreme metal band founded in 1993, currently based in Nagoya, Japan. Over more than three decades, the band has built a reputation for delivering uncompromising Death/Black/Thrash Metal that combines raw aggression with conceptual depth. With 11 releases spanning from 1994 to the present, ThemalefiK represents one of the most enduring forces in the underground metal scene.

The band's sonic identity is built on a hybrid of black, death, and thrash metal, combined with a philosophical concept of universal chaos. Their music documents the eternal covenant between power and suffering — from medieval torture to modern state execution — through devastating sonic violence and visual symbolism.

The latest studio album, Covenant of Chaos (2025), received critical acclaim with a 9.5/10 rating from Arena Heavy and a nomination for Best Album of 2025 by Roadie Crew. The upcoming album Covenant Fulfilled (2026) — ten tracks, ten elements, one devastating critique — promises to be the most ambitious work in the band's history.
